Update - The engineering team has identified the issue causing problems with Cardiogram's launch on older iPhones running on iOS 16 and below. They have released a new app update (version 3.7.29), which is now available for download on the Apple App Store. To install the latest fix, please update Cardiogram.

If you are unable to launch the app after updating to version 3.7.29, it may be due to an issue related to ECG permissions. Our engineering team is currently investigating this issue. Please use the following temporary workaround until a fix is released.

From your iPhone settings.
Tap on "Health."
Tap on "Data Access & Devices."
Tap on "Cardiogram."
Turn off "Electrocardiograms ECG"
